In the course of the year, the company has delivered solid results, developed positive momen- tum and showed significant progress at increasing profit- able growth. "Our performance in 2018 shows that execution of Strategy 2022 – 'Building for Growth' is at full speed. We have simpli- fied the organization and are ahead of target with our SG&A savings program," said Jan Jenisch, CEO of LafargeHolcim. "With the recent divestment of our Indonesia operations we reached a major milestone in focusing our portfolio, which allowed us to accelerate deleveraging. At the same time, we aggressively move forward in Aggregates and Ready-Mix Concrete. These results are strong proof points for our Strategy 2022 and we will continue delivering across all value drivers." The 2018 full-year targets are confirmed as follows: • Net Sales growth of 4 to 6 percent on a like-for-like basis. • Recurring EBITDA growth of 3 to 5 percent on a like-for- like basis. In 2019, the solid global market demand is expected to continue. As part of its 2019 full-year targets, the company expects: • Net Sales growth of 3 to 5 percent on a like-for-like basis, delivering target of Strategy 2022. • Recurring EBITDA growth of minimum 5 percent on a like-for-like basis, delivering target of Strategy 2022. • Accelerate deleveraging, achieve 2 times or less Net Debt to Recurring EBITDA ratio by end of 2019. Lehigh, SaskPower Sign Fly Ash Deal Lehigh Hanson Materials Ltd. and SaskPower signed an agreement to give Lehigh exclusive rights to market fly ash from Shand Power Station in Saskatchewan, Canada, effective November 2018. The deal expands on an exist- ing 10-year agreement signed in 2012 to market Boundary Dam Power Station fly ash. "Recycling fly ash produced at our coal-fired power stations reduces costs, provides economic benefit to SaskPower, and helps to curb the carbon output of the concrete indus- try," said Kory Hayko, SaskPower vice president of trans- mission and industrial services. "During the past six years, Lehigh has maximized sales of fly ash produced at Bound- ary Dam Power Station, and we look forward to continuing our positive business relationship." An estimated 215,000 metric tons of fly ash per year will be sold from the Boundary Dam and Shand power sta- Philip Wrisley, project manager at Plibrico's Salem, Ohio, office, is the latest employee to take advantage of this train- ing. Wrisley is the recipient of an API STD 936 Refractory Per- sonnel Certification from the American Petroleum Institute. This certification verifies Wrisley's knowledge of API Refrac- tory Installation Quality Control Guidelines for field-testing of monolithic refractory materials, as well as best practices in the installation and repair of refractory linings. Wrisley is now certified to provide customers with API-ap- proved field-testing to assure superior refractory perfor- mance, while saving time and money on installations. In addition, his knowledge can help better align Plibrico instal- lation teams with third-party inspection services to facili- tate improved quality assurance practices overall. "I greatly appreciate Plibrico's support in helping me achieve this long-term career goal," said Wrisley. "My API certification assures customers of a higher quality of work and increases their confidence and peace of mind that Plibrico is the right choice for refractory material, engineer- ing, repair and installation services."
