The report was designed to provide a holistic analysis of the com- pany's strategic vision, performance, governance and value creation. The 2016 Integrated Report facilitates a greater understanding of the rela- tionship between Cemex's financial and non-financial key performance in- dicators, as well as the company's op- erating and governance models. The in-depth report showcases the way in which Cemex drives value creation across all aspects of its business, un- derpinned by its four strategic pillars – people, customers, markets and sus- tainability. Cemex Publishes First Integrated Report Cemex LatAm Holding (CLH) complet- ed the expansion of cement production and bagging capacity at its plant in Puerto de San José, Guatemala. "We are pleased to be part of the prog- ress of the different regions and mar- kets where we operate directly, as well as being an agent for change for the construction industry in Guatemala," said Jaime Muguiro, general director of CLH, during a late-March opening cer- emony. Following improvements to the plant's milling operations and the installation of a new $3.7 million bagging line, the company expects cement production capacity to increase by 10 percent to 0.545 million tpy, while bagging capaci- ty is expected to increase by 46 percent to 95 tph.
